Quality chiropractic adjustment and easy to understand recommendations for after care like when to ice, when to rest and best stretching or light exercises to work thru the issue!
Monica is AWESOME! They are able to get you in when needed and while you're there she makes sure you are comfortable and addresses all your issues and concerns!
I am so lucky to have found Dr. Schugel! She stayed late on a Friday afternoon just to get me in so I wouldn't be in pain all weekend. It was my best first experience at a chiropractor, and I don't plan on going anywhere else!
My husband and I have been going to her for a few years now and we always leave feeling better. Monica is very knowledgeable and helpful as well as understanding. She helps to educate us as to how to better take care of our bodies instead of pushing for visit on top of visit like others have done. I will continue to recommend her to all our friends.
