Losing a loved one is always a difficult and painful process that everyone experiences at some point during their lifetime. Sharon Brody (the owner of Ralph Schugar Funeral Home) and her staff make this process far less challenging and stressful because of their benevolent approach. My mother passed away and we needed to have a funeral very quickly and Schugar's did an excellent job at making that happen. Prior to that, during the planning phase, they explained all my options very clearly and allowed me to take care of things so I had less last minute issues and decisions. That was very helpful and stress reducing. They also have a great internal system so that if you call any of the funeral directors look up all your information and answer questions - I found that very useful. Our family hosted a funeral for our recent death of a family member. The service was amazing, they were really respectful of our traditions. We where the first Vietnamese family that they had and I would like to thank you for the services everyone was just amazing.
