I lost my Mother last week, which was very difficult. Ralph Schugar Funeral Home made the experience as smooth, uncomplicated and positive as it could possibly be. The funeral took place out of state and they coordinated all of the moving parts. They arranged for the flight to another city, out of town funeral home, out of town cemetery and all the pieces worked perfectly. I used used Schugar for both of my parents, but was too overwhelmed at the times to write a review, My best friend's husband recently died and the family used Schugar. The amount of support that they received from Sharon and her staff was exceptional. This began from the first call to let them know that he had passed. Sharon immediately made everything seamless. Losing a loved one is always a difficult and painful process that everyone experiences at some point during their lifetime. My mother passed away and we needed to have a funeral very quickly and Schugar's did an excellent job at making that happen. Prior to that, during the planning phase, they explained all my options very clearly and allowed me to take care of things so I had less last minute issues and decisions. That was very helpful and stress reducing.
