While I understand that my tag was expired (I simply forgot to put the new sticker on it) what I do not understand is placing a sticker on a window. What’s wrong with sticking a piece of paper under the windshield wipers? Now I have this gunk all over my window! Not to mention there were cars parked without parking passes and they did not get warnings, (which they should since they are not allowed to be parked in the area they were parked without proper window decals) only expired tags.
They got my car home safe and sound and the driver Jim helped me look everything over to make sure no one had stolen anything off the vehicle and gave me a quick diagnosis of my engine problem with some helpful advice.
My car was damaged by debris on I-77 southbound on 3/8/21. I called Schroeder’s towing because the car was too damaged to drive. Response after I contacted them was awesome. On scene before highway patrol finished their accident report. Jamie, the tow truck driver was super nice and took me home and my car to get a damage assessment. Great customer service from start to finish. Don’t hesitate to contact them for fast, professional service. Bobby M
