Best roofing company in Colorado. They have always gone above and beyond all my expectations whether it’s putting a new roof on my house, sending someone out the same day to adjust my gutters or coming out in a rain storm to check on a leaky roof. I would 100% recommend using Schroeder for all your roofing needs.
It started with a professional assessment by Greg Koch; a complete professional! Upon ripping the hail-damaged roof, they discovered the entire decking would also need to be brought up to code, so they pulled additional workers in to help with the added task of removing decking, purchasing material and installation. So my house was unfortunately hit by a storm which consisted of baseball sized hail and completely totaled my roof. This is my first house and was honestly the first claim I have ever had to make. Schroeder roofing does not disappoint. Jason was awesome to work with. Kept me up to date through the entire process and worked directly with the insurance to get the correct claim Information. This is the second roof I've had some by schroder I wouldn't call anyone else. They are a one stop shop. They will take care of you.
