I'm sad to write this review. We had an appointment today from 2pm-4pm. My wife moved clients so she could be home. No one showed or called so I called at 4:31pm and was told he was still coming and would be here maybe by 6pm. I asked the operator (i won't use her name) why we weren't called and she said she had a co-worker out and was handling a lot and did seem somewhat apologetic for not calling. The plumbing team of Glen and Miguel were outstanding. Two of the best service providers we have ever used in over 36 years of owning our home in Moon Valley. The job was very involved and required approximately seven hours of labor. Glen and Miguel were patient, professional and stayed until the job was completed and our water could be turned back on. We cannot compliment each of them enough. Highly recommend.
