I'm sad to write this review. We had an appointment today from 2pm-4pm. My wife moved clients so she could be home. No one showed or called so I called at 4:31pm and was told he was still coming and would be here maybe by 6pm. I asked the operator (i won't use her name) why we weren't called and she said she had a co-worker out and was handling a lot and did seem somewhat apologetic for not calling.
