Office lacked a comfortable environment. Didn’t seem clean, furniture outdated restroom toilet would not even flush. Should have walked out but had a tooth that was bothering me so wanted to get it checked. Had ex rays done the old fashioned way with the plastic cards which cut into the roof of my mouth. Then put in a different chair to be checked by Dr. who did a check for gum disease then left to sit alone until assistant who took the X-rays came in to tell me what work I needed done which none was the tooth I came in for,... read more

I visited Dr. Schroeder twice, once for an initial consultation and again for a cleaning and fluoride treatment. Dr. Schroeder is extremely talented and efficient. She is also very knowledgeable and quickly identified issues with my dentition. She reminds me of Dr. “Bones” Brennan from the TV show bones; brilliant, observant, helpful, and kind. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Thank you Dr. Schroeder!
Bedside manner of a rock. Dental work provided on Dec 8; on of the fillings in question is not painful enough we go to a EMERG Dental office who informs us that yes it seems like that filling may be hitting the nerve and will need a Root Canal. We call to get help from OUR Dentist the next day and leave message on EMERG vmail/cellphone. Someone calls an emergency number, no call back then plays dumb after the next day. Dr. Schroeder and her staff are horrible and weird!!! But, if you like being "waterboarded" during regular teeth cleaning, stalked via text for upcoming appointments, telephoned at the last minute due to cancellations in her office (big surprise there) to get you in sooner on the day of your appointment, a dentist with no bedside or personal manner, the roughest and rudest office staff, and the tiniest treatment rooms on the planet, this is your dream dentist and the place to go! I have been going to Dr. Schroeder for several years. I have had several crowns and fillings and she always has done a great job. She is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. She always explains what she is doing so there are no surprises. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Schroeder and her team are wonderful. Dr. Schroeder explaiend everything that she was doing and why she was doing it throughout my treatment. Her staff were so helpful when my insurance was being problematic. They helped me to get my insurance to cover the fillings that they were supposed to cover. I will highly recommend them to everyone.
You and your staff are hacks. didn't know that Sears still sold their licenses but obviously they do because you have one every Crown you put in my wife's mouth fell out. Her new dentist who probably has a license has to replace your work. We will be seeing you again but not for your services. My name is dennis lutz and I think you suck.
