called to reschedule and was told nothing available until end of August! I said i would have to make appt elsewhere because I dont want to wait that long, she said ok. Wow, I guess she was mad that i missed my prior appt but geez, is it worth losing a long time patient? I guess so.

Dr. Rampey and his staff are amazing. I had not seen a dentist in over 10 years and was afraid to go. The dental technicians as well as Dr. Rampey made me feel at ease and listened to all of my concerns and needs. I won't go anywhere else!

Front office staff is very friendly and usually thorough as far as checking benefits. Dr. Brown is friendly, Nancy is friendly. Both good at what they do. Office equipped with higher tech equipment. I will not be going back, however, because I feel like this is a doc in the box dentist. There is always a different hygienist and dentist when I have gone the last few times and the hygienists must be fresh out of school and inexperienced because they did a horrible job cleaning my teeth and cut the corners of my mouth with flos... read more
This office has no idea how to treat children whatsoever. The dentist scared my 7 year old and then refused to allow him to come back because he refused to open his mouth on that one single visit! (After 5 years of no issues)

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail
Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
