This company is listed on my mowers manufacturer's website as an authorized repair facility. I stopped by and asked about getting service. Gentleman informed me that they give priority to the brands they sell which mine was not one of. I mentioned they are listed for repairs and he chuckled and said that they will but if one of their brands comes in it would go in front of mine. Meaning my mowrler may never be worked on.
Great service
Recently purchased a Ferris Zero Turn Mower and everyone was extremely helpful. I had called early in the week to make sure everything was good to go since I am abut 2 hours away, they had me out in no time at all even with a showroom full of customers!
