I brought my custom-built computer into Schrock for a motherboard troubleshooting service. I received outstanding customer service and attention from Ness and Zack in the Papillion location. They were quick, thorough and very helpful. They found the problem on day one and offered immediate repair and pricing options. However, the motherboard is still covered under my manufacturer's warranty, so I gladly paid the 1-hour labor service fee and will be filing a warranty claim. Chase was able to troubleshoot and get my desktop computer back up and running properly. I recently switched internet providers and wasn't able to connect my computer to the new system. Chase quickly identified the issue and connected to the new internet. He also made many updates that I wasn't aware I needed. He patiently answered my questions and explained it all very well.
