I took in my laptop for repair and the service was great, customer relations were excellent and I was very impressed with the whole experience.

I took my laptop in for a broken hinge. They asked for my login credentials, and I didn’t think much of it at the time. I was originally quoted around $350, and the final price jumped to $500. Whatever — I ended up fixing the hinge myself anyway. What bothered me was what I found afterward. They installed Secure Updater and Drive Adviser on my computer without my permission.
