I had an old laptop from 2014 lol. It wouldn't make the Windows 11 update. Checked the Shrock website and got lucky with a new open box 2025 ASUS Vivobook at a great price. The set up was me just having the passwords to windows. Smooth and easy and I have a local company for any help I may need. Highly recommend.
Today was my first time visiting Schrock Innovations and after such a lovely experience, it won’t be my last. The technician that assisted me was incredibly friendly, efficient and went above and beyond for me. Not only did they finish quicker than I expected but I received my laptop back even cleaner than when I brought it in. Thank you so much for helping me with my installation!
The dealings I’ve had with Schrock Inovations have been very good. The people are really good at their jobs from the counter help to service technicians I have always had my questions answered and problems fixed. Highly recommend them for anyone’s computer needs.
