Quality company with great customer service. Second time I've done business there. Both times the staff was very informative with the intent to give back the best product. Highly recommend.
I had an old laptop from 2014 lol. It wouldn't make the Windows 11 update. Checked the Shrock website and got lucky with a new open box 2025 ASUS Vivobook at a great price. The set up was me just having the passwords to windows. Smooth and easy and I have a local company for any help I may need. Highly recommend.
Today was my first time visiting Schrock Innovations and after such a lovely experience, it won’t be my last. The technician that assisted me was incredibly friendly, efficient and went above and beyond for me. Not only did they finish quicker than I expected but I received my laptop back even cleaner than when I brought it in. Thank you so much for helping me with my installation!
