I had a very frustrating experience with Schreiner Realty as a tenant. Out of my $2,600 security deposit, about $900 was withheld for charges I strongly dispute. This included a $200 HOA parking violation that I do not believe was related to me or my vehicle, as well as a carpet repair for damage that I had previously brought to their attention.
