The lady at the desk with super nice and was able to work around my schedule to get things taken care of very good experience doing business with them.
Had a busted hose on my bucket truck. Called Schramm and they were able to get me in within the hour. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Karen at the front desk, extremely personable and helpful. Karen was the perfect person to have in that role, she made me feel very welcome and appreciated. She got all my relevant information and got my truck back to be worked on. I started coming here when I had an issue with a local ford dealer not being able to repair a common oil leak in my F450. They had it twice in a week for the same repair and it was leaking again by the time I left the parking lot. After being frustrated I took my truck to Schramm which was just down the road and they fixed it quickly and correctly. Since then I have been exclusively taking my vehicles to Schramm. Joe only hires highly qualified personnel from the technicians to the receptionist. You will not be disappointed.
Excellent customer service and a very help staff! I will definitely be a returning customer.
