I bought my second Jeep from Chris Hartley at Schram in March. I had told Chris several months back that I would be looking for a diesel Grand Cherokee in the Spring and he called me as soon as one arrived on the lot. I did not have hours to spend at the dealership, so he made the process extremely easy by having all of the documents prepared. There's no high-pressure sales tactics or roundabout pricing and negotiating at Schram; Chris gave me the bottom-line price and was true to his word
