I paid $2700 for a used motor. Had a bad roller rocker when I received it. They wouldn't even look at it, told me I had to find a shop to send them a diagnosis. A certified mechanic said the same thing, but that's still not enough to get them to take the motor back and give me a refund. All they'll do for me is parts plus up to $500 for labor despite the fact that I bought the upgraded warranty for an extra $150. Complete waste of my time and money.
