We first met Travis in August of 2022. We knew from day one, he was our guy. His calm demeanor and go-with-the-flow attitude helped ease our worries and stress while completing this project. Great to work with and keen on details! This was the first time we built a home and I am so glad we went with this company. They made it easy, Travis was willing to go through all of our questions or concerns. They were able to tailor the floor plan to what we wanted and needed. When issues raised they were on top of getting it fixed right away. The result was top notch construction with high quality finishes. We couldn't be happier with Schrage Construction!
We are extremely happy with our new home built by Schrage Construction! Travis and Tash were amazing to work with, and the various contractors were carefully chosen to assure quality. Each aspect of the home was done with attention to the details that make our home unique. Communication among the team and with us was frequent and consistent. Travis and his workers and subcontractors were top notch, courteous, and very professional. We are extremely pleased with our new three stall garage and a breezeway with a bathroom that they added onto our existing farmhouse. Travis was excellent at communicating with us regarding the actual house addition and when workers would be here. Construction progressed daily and in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend Schrage Construction for your home building projects.
As a very naïve person not really knowing what I was getting into, I mentioned to a co-worker Tasha I was thinking about building back in 2017. Tasha is Travis Schrage's wife and so she got me connected with him to talk through what my options and he was kind enough to look at potential lots with me and talk to the developers who owned the lots to see if they would be available for anyone to build on.
