The "Celebration of Life" was very nice. However, the parking lot was a sheet of ice. I fell as well as 4 others attending my step-mother's funeral. I hope you are salting tonight!!!
I have played Taps for many Military Honors Funerals where Schrader Funeral Home was chosen for the veteran's funeral arrangements. Time after time, I have noticed that during the ceremony where the Funeral Director needed to open their car door, they would gently close it so that no sound would occur. These little details add up to a well planned ceremony. Why did that get my attention? It's just something that I noticed.
