Nurse, administrative staff and Dr Schott always exhibit patient care and concerns. Very friendly staff.
Dr Schott is very impersonal. She treats her patients like a number. She doesn't seem to know her patients very well or care. When you ask her a question you better have some idea of the answer because she talks off the top of her head and says inaccurate things. She lacks empathy and if you want to just be a number please do see her.
