Always a great Dental Excellence Experience (D.E.) for me.... Everytime. The whole crew is top notch, simply the best in the state of Tennessee! I have to say I was so surprised at the comment below. I know generally speaking people complain more then they praise... it's just who we are as humans. Yet, Unethical.... no way. I am just a patient, and a very satisfied one at that. But when I read that comment, I take it personal. Like as if someone talking trash to a family member. I am sold out with the D.E. staff and practice... read more

Unethical – You should really think twice before going here. They are not ethical at all. They charge insurances for products not supplied, charge differently than quoted, doctor tells you one thing - office manager tells you something different, open medical credit cards in your name without authorization, etc. I would recommend you run (not walk) to another practice.

I would give zero stars if I could – Do not go here! The dental staff at this location has no experience and awful customer service! Both the dentist and their assistants do not know what they are doing. I hate to say this, but it is the truth. I had dental work done here and had problem after problem. I had to miss work repeatedly to have work corrected only to find out that they still hadn't fixed the problem. I was in so much pain I was in tears. Gentle touch, excellent service, and beautiful offices! – My family and I have been seeing Dr. Schott and staff for over 10 years and we have had nothing but the best experiences. The staff has been great with my kids and always made them feel comfortable. My oldest child had to have several teeth removed and was feeling a bit nervous. Dr. Schott went the extra mile by showing him the instruments and talking to him throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend this office!!!

Beware! – I had multiple procedures done and ended up with sinus issues related to a simple extraction. That might have been excused had the insurance billing been done correctly - I am still having to deal with the "incorrect filing" and ended up paying out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist in the first place!
