I've been out on the smaller day trips numerous times and my husband and I decided to go out for the schooner race. It was amazing! We lucked out on the weather, which was fantastic. I can't describe how exciting it is to be in the mix of those beautiful ships as they turn and maneuver as they wait for the race to start. Sailing on the Schooner Thomas E. Lannon is a two hour trip of peace and serenity on the beautiful waters of Gloucester. The crew is made up of wonderful people who will welcome you to help them hoist the sails. This is a trip not to be missed if you're in Gloucester!!!!!!
