had a great time celebrating our vist from our oldest grandson.
This place was awesome! We had a large party with several children and our server handled the crazy orders and requests to perfection. I had the shrimp and grits and it was great. The shrimp was plump and was seasoned well. My wife had the blackened grouper sandwich and is was very tasty. We had the key lime pie for desert and it was great as well. Wife's grill shrimp was perfect and my grouper sandwich was wonderful. A lot of food you won't leave hungry. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back when we're in town.
We had a great experience at Schooners when we had dinner there for the first time yesterday. We are from out of state but some local friends recommended this to us and we were so happy we went. We sat by a window and had a perfect view of a stunning sunset. The grouper I had was delicious and my husband enjoyed his burger. It is a fun, casual atmosphere and I walked out to the beach to take photos a few minutes before the sunset. Then at sunset we celebrated the day with the firing of the cannon.
