RecommendedThe Schoolhouse at Lower Mills is a lovely apartment complex that allows you a small neighboorhood feel with incredibly easy access to the City. My girlfriend and I moved cross country and rented our unit sight-un-seen. We couldn't be happier, the management team here is wonderful and are very timely with requests for maintenance. Make sure to chat with Pete the building manager if you have any concerns and I am certain he will put you at ease.
