I am very pleased with the service these guys provided. We initially encountered a problem due to their wholesale provider sending (a) an incorrect part for the furnace; (b) an incorrect A/C unit different from the one ordered, and delivered to a wrong location; and (c) a faulty furnace. None of this was their fault and they didn't rest till they got it right, including driving from Topeka to Lawrence to personally pick up a new furnace. We had our new HVAC system put in today and we couldn't be more happier!! They was very nice and friendly guys ! We highly recommend them .
