RecommendedI know it has been a hard year for everyone but you guys have been there for me. Thanks for everything you have done for Boo and Molly this year including 5 am calls from me to Dr. Paula. I also respect and appreciate all the steps you have taken to keep staff and patients safe.
They have always been caring, and knowledgeable when it comes to my pets. Highly recommend
Had a 3:30 appt today. Had to wait in parking lot for someone to come out. Left at 4:00pm as I believe they forgot about me. Someone did call at 4:07 - however that was 7 minutes after I left. Worst experience I've ever had with them. I will be finding a place that can keep an appt. Just an FYI for whoever owns the place - you need to do a better job. You have lost a long time pet owner.
I found a lump on my Great Dane’s leg during the coronavirus time which ended up being a cancerous tumor. They had him in for an appointment and surgery within the same week. With having less staff and doing everything over the phone (no one being allowed in the building) I was SO thankful for all their hard work and running in and out of the building to relay information and animals. All staff is awesome!!
The staff and doctors are very caring and knowledgeable. We have taken our dogs there for 30 years, most recently, our little king, Elvis. We could not be more pleased with their service. Today they were again, caring, and very understanding, making an incredibly difficult decision a little easier. -Thank you so much!
I do not recommend Schoolcraft veterinary clinic at all as they are very unprofessional, are not very hygienic, and even though you have a scheduled timeslot you end up waiting in the lobby for at least an hour. The doctors are not very knowledgeable, and I had a very bad experience there with Dr. Tracey and will NEVER return back. You get what you pay for!

I live in Plainwell and do not have a regular veterinarian clinic that I visit. I do now! I was referred by a friend to Schoolcraft Veterinary Clinic because of positive experiences that he has had with them. My Lab was pregnant and I made an appointment for a checkup and X-ray to check on her litter. A week later during whelping there was an issue with my girl not producing with her contractions.
