Was very disappointed when I took my boy to see Dr. Paula. She was not friendly or kind. She kept insisting to me that he was there for acupuncture for arthritis which is not an issue for him. In reality he was referred to receive acupuncture for support while under going chemo. which she could not seem to understand. I would also like to comment on how unprofessional and unkept she looked. Like maybe she had not seen a bar of soap or a shower in days. She never interacted with my dog in a friendly way.
