The new manager is horrible she came in and bumped her entire family to the top of the list each getting their own place above others who have waited a long time. She gives violations for crazy things for example while visiting a friend we parked our u haul across In overflow parking where we were told to park then she gave them a violation for parking there yet her family parks there all the time and she literally told us to park there.
The place is a joke they don't keep the waiting list the landlord bumped her entire family to the top of the list and gave them all there each apartment.
