Don't expect any confidentiality from these people. We needed to keep our move private but these jerks thought they should advertise our home sale done by another realtor. Came home to find a Shoneman sold sign in the front yard. They didn't ask permission, just came by while we were gone an put the sign in our front yard. Jerks.
