Do NOT buy or sell a car here. We’ve bought three new cars from Schomp dealerships but never again. I was given multiple reasonable offers (in writing) to purchase one of our vehicles, and discussed these with Danielle by phone but it was simply a ploy to get me to show up in person so Jakob, their buyer, could give me an insultingly low-ball offer. I purchased my vehicle from here in March. Within the first week I had a rental due to needing a brand new transmission and was in that rental for weeks. I have taken the vehicle to them for the same issue multiple times and the issue is still not resolved. The service team is so beyond rude and just mean through text, via call, and in person. My only complaint was not getting the deal I was initially quoted. Part of it was a mistake was made with the sales tax rate and I was partially compensated with a free set of all-weather mats.
I rarely give reviews but this is well deserved 5 star rating for Vanessa Nuñez and her top notch customer service. She was quick to reply to any questions I had prior to buying the vehicle.She even answered questions I had on her day off! It was a seamless purchasing process with any questions gone over and clearly explained by her. A big thank you Vanessa from start to finish in the purchasing of the vehicle.
