Very disappointed! I have started having charging issues with the Ariya getting 1.3 kw per mile after owning it 7 mos. It's needing to be fully charged at a station every other day now. Charges very slowly. It's not running like it should at all. I called my salesperson, Alex Swalley, and left a voicemail about this hoping to get some guidance. Unfortunately terrible service. Went in on Monday to change a catalytic converter, I supplied the part as suggested by their sales person since the price they gave me was 6 times higher. I still figured to go do the labor with them, they ran a diagnosis and returned the car that same day. After a few hours of driving it around it was worse than before and the engine light came on again, so I setup a recall for Thursday that same week. It’s a dealership! They’re attentive and kind. They tout the benefits of no dealership fees but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t in sales looking to max out their sales/ commissions. They do the taking forever to get you to the next step, every step mind games like any other dealership. That said the car is great trade in was simple, and you can play ball if you’re up to it.
