We recently purchased a vehicle from Schomp Honda and had a very mixed experience. Cons: The salesperson was very pushy, which made the process feel pressured. Immediately after driving off the lot, the TPMS light came on, which was concerning and felt like something that should have been addressed beforehand. The detailing was disappointing. Miguel Moran was my sales person and was amazing ! Very easy to talk to and makes everything as smooth as possible.
Sales advisor was timely in all aspects of his communications and very courteous. The ball was completely dropped at the time of delivering the new vehicle. I was handed an envelope with the manuals and spare key fob and left to figure out how to operate the most basic functions of the new vehicle. Had to maneuver the vehicle out of a very tight area in order to drive it away. Finally needed the help of a passing salesman to have him get it out onto the primary drive.
