Was supposed to have a stray kittens leg amputated tomorrow. I called told them I would have the money until friday the 10th and they wouldnt reschedule the appointment! I was willing to pay $1,500 for a kitten that I dont own and they said to call the pound.... Bad experience, for a first encounter. 🤦♀️
Thankful for how kind everyone is. We have a dog who is very timid in public and they make sure to get him in as soon as they open and do his appointments in the lobby for low anxiety. Always send out text reminders. Always have emailed receipts and call for reminders. Amazing care !! Always clean and a place to trust with your furry friends !
