Getting help out of a jam. Dr LaRose and the entire team were so accommodating when my dentist of 20 years died suddenly. I was in the middle of an extended treatment plan. Everyone at Kootenai Family Dental worked hard to make calls, get my information, and provide me with the feeling that everything would will work out fine.
I went home to show my wife and she chased me around the house like it was are honey moon. Went to bed and the tooth fairy stold my new teeth. Now the cat has a smile on his face. Seriously its a great family fainly Dentistry.

(Toni) I believe that was her name! She was very personable and seemed to enjoy working on my teeth! She was able to answer any questions I had and gave advice also. She was also gentle with the tools! I hate all that scraping!!! I hope I have her again! When I arrived and left - the office staff was also very friendly and helpful with my dental claims. Thank you!

Everyone was very friendly and helped me to get my wife's insurance info for my sons appointment. They were great with my five year old son and made him, a boy who is usually uncomfortable in doctor and dentists offices, very at ease. They have my whole family as customers from now on.
