I chose this office after reading that they had been voted "best of" in the area this year. The "office tour" upon arrival seemed a bit unnecessary (I mean, it's a dentist office, I just don't care that much). I think everything could have been adequately covered on the way to the treatment room without making a "thing" of it. Similarly, appreciated the patient priority survey, but could have done without the in-person re-hash. Overall, though, an extremely positive experience! upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely young girl who greeted us warmly and with a great big smile. Immediately offered us a tour of the office exuberantly and from there on it was nothing but wonderful atmosphere, wonderful people, that made us feel like we were family. Love the friendliness and knowledge. Would be happy to recommend your office to all our friends. Thanks to all!
