First visit to Kootenai Family Dental I am always apprehensive about going to the dentist for a cleaning as I have sensitive gums and usually experience pain with my biannual cleanings. Not this time!!!! Kootenai Family Dental really made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The staff is friendly and attentive and my dental hygienist Lori took the time to listen to my concerns about dental pain and areas of sensitivity. The staff at KFD are all so happy and welcoming. It was a pleasant experience for both my husband and me. Just did check ups, cleaning and exams today... will be back for additional work needed.

All the help out front and the assistants that work with the Doctors are very nice and make one feel very comfortable. I myself am not comfortable with having the work done but they all make it just a bit less uncomfortable for me.
