Just what you hope for at the dentist's office On arrival, I was immediately greeted by the friendly front desk. During my very short wait, I was able to ask the girls at the front desk some questions I had about dental insurance once I reached Medicare age. They were very informative and helpful. My cleaning, x-rays, and exam went very smoothly. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. For anyone looking for a dentist, I would strongly recommend Kootenai Family Dental.

Went in for a filling on 2/20/2019. As usual the staff was courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my procedure was as comfortable as possible. The local anesthesia was not as painful because they numbed the gums beforehand with an "Orajel" type substance. I can only imagine how much more painful the lidocaine would have without it! The rest of the procedure went very smoothly and I am very happy with my new filling.

From June 2018 to February 2019 I had major surgery on my teeth. During this entire time the people and Dr. Larosa were informative and caring. Finally on 2-19-19 the procedure was complete. Thanks for caring and great job!
