Everyone who helped me was extremely friendly and very courteous. The care was phenomenal and they do everything they can to tailor the experience you and your preference. They even have a little convenience menu (includes some drinks, and even things like chapstick and blankets if you're cold) to try to make your wait as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be using them from now on and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.
This was my first visit to this dentist office. It was unlike any other dentist visit that I have encountered before. They focus initially on introducing themselves and their links to the community. This does not take too long, but their focus is actually on you and making you comfortable. They do have amenities that are available for the asking that reminded me of flying business class. Went to Kootenai Family Dental for new patient exam and cleaning. Laughlin, was my hygienist and Dr. Wheeler was the dentist who did my exam. Both were very professional, thorough and very concerned with my dental health. A fabulous team. As a retired dentist, I would highly recommend this office.
