I came in because I haven't seen a dentist for 3 years due to bad experiences...THIS OFFICE IS AWESOME! They made me feel very comfortable and welcome...and I'm all about comfort and no pain...I just had xrays and consultation today...but I recieved a welcome gift and a hot beverage that made it even better!!! Awesome service and very friendly! They make you feel welcome and they will do anything to you feel more comfortable. The dental assistant was very sweet and she talked to me the whole time. The actual dentist was so nice and explained everything to me in detail. Will definitely be going back!
It was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in, until the time I left. It's obvious that the entire staff makes every effort to make you feel comfortable, and a valued client. State of the art facility is simply amazing. If you're looking for best possible experience, give Kootenai Family Dental a try, you won't regret it!
Mostly fun because some of it was with a poker in my mouth and that’s never really fun, now is it! Loved my “caretaker” Laughlin today. But I did, really, appreciate her thorough work on my teeth. These ladies have it down. I was a new patient today and they certainly made me feel special! I had a welcome bag with a nice coffee mug and some other goodies waiting for me. I also checked out their comfort menu which has a bunch of different options to help you relax! I am a highly anxious dentist goer and opted for a paraffin wax dip, yes you read that right.
