RecommendedWent in this past Tuesday to buy 2 new steer tires for my 2010 Peterbilt. The employees and owner of Schoettler tire in chowchilla went over and beyond on their service. I left as a satisfied customer. You can’t find that nowadays.

I had a wheel stud break off a couple of weeks ago,no biggie right? “I’ll fix it later”...last night had another break off,so I show up and the guy was short handed but told me he couldn’t have me driving around like that. He did the job and I couldn’t of been happier. Thank you for the great service.�
I would definitely NOT recommend this shop for anything!!!!. They don't stand behind there mistakes.. And make you feel as if it was your fault for coming in there..
Need to train your staff on CUSTOMER SERVICE rather than making a PAYING customer feel like we can not afford tires that receptionist has to go...we felt as if she didn't approve of us being friendly with Schoettler family and staff members. The only reason we went was my family (dad RIP) said Tom is a good man to the community.
