I’m workedTrent at schoepp motors . He did amazing job he keep up us updated on the loan . The bank was off line so we had to wait to find out . When he find out he call us right away . All paperwork work ready when we go here. I would come back and have Trent help us.
We were in a predicament and stopped in at Schoepp motors to see if we could find a car today. Trent helped us get the car we needed and drove away today. Trent is very professional and courteous. I definitely would recommend Trent if you are looking to buy.
Unfortunately the experience with Schoepp Motors specifically Doug Johnson did not end well. Summary: purchased a used vehicle that needed a new tire, a replacement menu button and a copy of the vehicle inspection. Mr. Johnson verbally assured these items would be taken care of multiple times. Repeated attempts to reach Mr. Johnson via phone messages, email and visit to site resulted in no return contact from Mr. Johnson and items not corrected. Cannot recommend this used car salesman.
