Ngl the place was rough but cheap and it was just what I needed (and there was other more expensive options). They were quick to fix things and easy to work with. Didn’t even have to harass them to get my deposit back and they did take a reasonable amount. Very happy, I would rent from them again.

Never rent from these people. They fix nothing their matinee man is extremely rude and they promise to come the next day and fix stuff and never show up. The sits in his fancy office and collects money . Slum lord of junction city.
I have had the opportunity to work with them on multiple occasions and have enjoyed working with them on each transaction.
