Customer service was minimal until we made our purchase. Once we made our purchase customer service simply did not exist. We spent over $13,000 and have had better customer service when purchasing a couple hundred dollars worth of tile. We were told we could only work with one "designer" and then the "designer"/sales associate either did not have time for us or kept telling us to call someone else to get our questions answered. After going to several of the furniture stores in the area I found Schoenfeld interiors. Schoenfelds by far is the nicest store in the area. If you are looking for quality furniture that you can customize to fit your home this is the place to go. On top of a great selection and an incredible showroom there design service is done buy real professional designers at no charge. My furniture arrived on time and was delivered by a great crew, we love our room!! We will make future furniture purchases at Schoenfeld Interiors.
Not only does Schoenfeld Interiors have the best selection of contemorary furniture around, When I used there incredible design service our room turnd out great! I would recommend that any one shopping for furniture should check them out.
I recently purchased some furniture from Schoenfeld Interiors. I worked with Susie, one of the designers at their Bellevue store and was very pleased with the entire project. Not only is my furniture beautiful but they helped with the paint and the drapery in the room as well. We love our room and would recommend them to our friends.
