Absolutely horrifically rude and not knowledgeable staff. I came in to pick up a prescription that was $0.00 every time I came to pick it up. They sent me a text like usual that it was ready. I head over and they tell me it will be $600 today. They said my insurance dropped it. They did not inform me of this and neither did my insurance. I need to be very clear about what happened at CVS with a pharmacist technician named Daniel M Kurber. While I was picking up my husband’s prescription, I was on the phone with him discussing his medication, which is completely relevant and necessary. I was already in line, already being helped, and actively paying when this employee decided it was the perfect opportunity to lecture me about being on the phone. Usually no problem but Dan completely ruined that! I had been at work ll day, my husband had been running around, so he figured he would go grab my meds. He had me on the phone so I could make sure that the right meds were grabbed, and Dan told me he would have someone else help him if he’s on the phone again. I’ve always been very satisfied with CVS, they have always been very helpful and gotten my prescription approved and ready for me, Even when there very busy they manage to get the medication filled.
