It is now going on 4 days of me trying to call and talk to someone there. Everytime I spend 5 mins trying to bypass the A.I. agent to finally call the store, only to have the phone ring and ring. Everytime, Ive let the phone ring for 5 minutes straight. Nothing. I need to talk to someone to update my insurance and call to get approval on a high end prescription. AWFUL. Front desk lady laughed when she told me she didn’t have my baby’s prescription And when I told her I had been running around since 6 am after being in the emergency room till 6 am And working a 12 hour shift she laughed again. This made me switch pharmacies instantly And I will most definitely be switching from cvs after this Not one pharmacy has the prescience and they were know help getting me to a place that did. Do not go here
Got the order to fill at 1:30. Came in at 2:45 to pick up prescription. Was until 3:15 of waiting and then some that I finally got rung up. Customer before me even stated to not hold my breath and was equally as aggravated. Pick another pharmacy if you value punctuality and reliability. This was after “expediting” and working on the order right away.
Since Don left, service has gone downhill. It shouldn't take 24 hours to get a prescription.Extremely dissatisfied.
