Very greedy property management company with what I was presented with; I would not recommend working with them.
These guys say they take pride in helping small businesses which is a lie. These guys support large corporations rather than small entities. Very greedy landlords that expect a lot from you and major stipulations when applying.
Very very very difficult to work with , huge fees to maintain or improve their old building. Years and years of renting commercial space , I have never seen such a one way deal. At the end of the day , they treat us like enemies, it appears the staff has a terrible work condition / culture and it comes through with every aspect and every encounter. My advice , go elsewhere.
We have been a tenant of Harsch Investment Properties since 2016. We are located in their Stoneridge Business Center property. I can not say enough great things about the property and the management staff. The property is always clean and professional. Our clients and our staff love it! The management staff is great to work with. Always proactive with communication and the latest updates. If you are looking for a new home for your business, I highly reccomend a Harsch property.
My company has been with Harsch Properties for about 4 years at their Hacienda West location. Everyone I have worked with has been friendly, professional and a joy to work with. They are always timely with work orders and are flexible when we are installing something new. You can tell they really care for their tenants and host events throughout the year for everyone to enjoy. I highly recommend working with Harsch Properties if you have the chance.
