This dentist is the worst dentist I ever went to
If I could give them a negative rating I would. This is thee most unprofessional dental office I have taken my kids to be serviced at. They fail to communicate even after I've called to verify multiple times if there was anything needed from me. They are extremely disrespectful of your time leaving your child waiting for hours and I mean hours..(his 1st appt to fill 3 cavities took 5 hrs). Always, always, always get a second opinion—especially when coming here. Earlier this year, I took my son in and they injected him without numbing the area first. He was in pain and crying—it was horrible to watch. So when I went to a different facility yesterday for a fill, I braced myself for pain, expecting the same treatment. I felt nothing. My son did some teeth cleaning today, and as a parent I was so frustrated how they handled the process. This lady (dental assistant) kept on complaining how my son can’t open his mouth wide. First of all, your patient is a kid of course his mouth is so small. You can just asked politely to your patient, but instead she told my son that he gave her a hard time. My son Jeffrey was not a fan of his previous Dentist. A friend of mine recommend Dr. Schneider. My son actually looks forward to going here now quite a big difference
