While I was delighted with my previous 5 star rating the reality is that is no longer true. A few months back we called to reschedule our monthly appointment as we were doing some remodeling, the rescheduling never happened. Now I want to cancel. I’ve called twice already to cancel this service. I was promised a call back last Friday, which never happened. Two plumbers arrived promptly at 8:15. They replaced the handle on a toilet and did a thorough review of the plumbing in my condo. Their work was top quality, and I give them an A++!
