Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is an incredible company! In 2024 they came out and fix a pluming problem. A year later we had a water issue and thought it was a plumbing problem. Both the same two guys who worked on our project in 2024 came out in 2025 and did a thorough job finding the problem. It was a wax ring issue. They spent over 2 hours inspecting and helping us figure out what the cause is without tearing anything apart or charging us a penny. We had a new complete HVAC system installed yesterday with new humidifier and smart thermostat. The technicians (Jim, Mike and Matt) were amazing. They were efficient, neat and did a fantastic job! They made sure I understood the operations of my new equipment and answered all my questions. My boiler stopped working in the spring, so I went looking for places that repair boilers. There are not too many, but I'm really glad I found Schneller Knochelmann. It turns out that there was an issue with multiple parts in the boiler, and Matthias was very patient about fixing the issues one by one and great at communicating what was going on. He was also very friendly, and the price was lower than a competitor had quoted! I will definitely be using Schneller Knochelmann again!
