Terrible company. Sales rep told us repeatedly that their advantage plan is month to month. We kept it around for a few years until we could afford our own unit. Called to cancel and now they're telling us about a ridiculous early termination fee (what happened to month to month?). Will never do business with this company again. We were told it was month to month as they would retain ownership and come get the unit once we cancel. Now that we're paying the ETF it's our unit that we own? Before I share my review, I do think that the technicians who have come to our house for service have been very friendly, polite and professional. However, in the world where you can use AI as a tool to interpret a service report the information I was given vs. what I researched didn't seem to line up. I was told multiple times that I needed a new system and was given a very long and expensive repair/replacement proposal.
