Always friendly, professional, thorough, & courteous during tune-ups, explaining everything very well. They installed my HVAC system & hot water heater nearly 3 years ago, & everything has been working perfectly. This is a trustworthy company & I'll always recommend them.
Jay was excellent. Explained everything that needed to be regularly and the correct filters to use. He trouble shot an incorrect configuration that was not allowing our system to perform at its peak. It is troubling that previous SK techs did not correct this.
The technician, Justin, was professional in appearance, communication skill and technical expertise. Justin was courteous and respectful of other’s property, exemplified by using shoe coverings upon entering my home. Justin did a thorough check of my AC unit and clearly explained the result as well as some of my options. His “no pressure” guidance helped me make decisions quickly.
