I knew my tire had a leak. I went in expecting to get the sales pitch about getting new tires, how I’d need to get all new because they would be too worn. Nope, not only did they not try to sell me new tires, they repaired my tire for NO CHARGE! I’ve never even been there before! I don’t usually do reviews be cause I think good customer service should be the rule, not the exception. But this place went above and beyond all expectations! Highly recommend!
Excellent service! While visiting friends in Marne we discovered we had a flat tire. My husband called the shop and showed up 15 minutes later. They took the car right in, pulled out a piece of metal from the tire, patched it up and sent him on his way. You have to love a place like this :) Many thanks!!
They made a mistake in a tire size. When given a promised delivery time to get it corrected. They were 2.5 hours late. The truck actually went in a backwards route. I have a deliveryy business and it has cost me over 500 dollars so far and the tires have still not arrived. Poor customer service confederations
Excellent service! All of the employees were very friendly. They explained in detail what the issue was, but made it easy to understand. Even though I didn't have an appointment and they were clearly busy, they got me in and out quickly. Also, the price was cheaper than I expected!
Have unprofessional and probably unlicensed people working on vehicles there. Had to take my vehicle out of there and have it taken to another shop to fix the damage that was done at Schneider Tire Outlet had to pay an additional $45 for damage that occurred there will never ever go back there again and I will tell all my friends that they need to stay away from there and there are quite a few that live in Marne and I have the receipt to show the for the damage that was in acquired there and I will show it to the people when... read more
