Waking up on a Monday morning to a (almost) flat tire is not fun! I stopped here on my way to work a half hour before they were even officially open, to "get in line" with my car. They took my car immediately, offered me coffee and free Wi-fi and I was heading to work before they were even "open" at 8 am. Thank you thank you!!

Had a previous complaint I posted about pricing and price matching I just withdrew. 20 mins after posting my review / complaint the manager gave me a personal call and talked to me about my issues with not price matching. She explained that the salesman had misunderstood the policy and asked me to come back in. They got me in right away and took care of my pricing concerns. The staff was very friendly when I returned and Schneider Tire showed me and me why they are held in such high regard in the tire community.
Can’t believe they got me in at the last minute before a three day weekend. Super nice staff, good tires, reasonably priced.
