Very, very disappointed. My Valentine's Day flowers were wrong and they lost my hand written card. They made up for it for Mother's Day. However, on a second Mother's Day order, they basically sold my flowers to someone else and canceled my order today, the day before Mother's Day. I have purchased from here for over 10 years. Time for a new florist.

I live in Cleveland and half my family lives in Springfield. I called yesterday(2/26/18) very very tired of trying to find a flower delivery including 48 cookies for my brothers class as well. Schneider's Florist went ABOVE and beyond to help me, wish it had been my first call for sure! The delivered flowers and to my suprise balloons as well, thank you! My brother was so surprised, the kids were happy and I'm happy! I will recommend you guys to anyone! I know I will be using you again!
