We've gotten 2 services from here and both were great. The first, we had the wheel bearing done. Dropped it off and a few hours later it was done and no issues. Today, I swung in with a nail in the tire and got it done in 20 minutes and no complaints there either. He squeezed me in and was awesome. We plan on coming back for a few other jobs.
There has been a TON of miscommunication throughout this entire process. I paid a diagnostic fee, only for my car to not even be properly diagnosed. On top of that, there is a part missing from my car that they failed to mention before I left the lot. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
