Update: After I wrote this review, the owner Brandon reached out to me, and offered to refund 50% of what I paid for the unnecessary leak test. I appreciate the gesture. I realize that I might have been a bit harsh with them. I can't recommend these folks AT ALL, at least not for complicated HVAC systems. They were listed as an authorized LG repair outfit, and when I called them, I specifically asked whether they worked on LG, and I was told that they did. This is a fantastic company!!! They showed up on time and called ahead. Technician was absolutely delightful and walked me through every step of the process and did a great job explaining it to me in layman terms. If you need a company to come out and give you an honest diagnostic at a fair price this is the best company to call. No pushy sales and just honesty about the situation and how best to proceed. I can't recommend these folks AT ALL, at least not for complicated HVAC systems. They were listed as an authorized LG repair outfit, and when I called them, I specifically asked whether they worked on LG, and I was told that they did. The man who examined my system did not seem to understand why it wasn't cooling properly. Eventually he decided that it was low on freon, and recommended that my 6 head units be tested for freon leaks. This test cost over $800, but I felt I had no other recourse.
