Very happy with Schneider Mechanical and especially their Technician Lee. Very knowledgeable and professional. System all ready for summer. Highly recommend both to anyone.
Lee was fantastic. He came after hours the day our ac stopped cooling. He is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and professional. He allowed me to ask questions, follow along and even stayed late to make sure all my questions were answered and allowed me to re-review the whole visit and next steps. He never once pressured me into a purchase but was honest on what he personally would and wouldn’t do at the time of service if it was his system.
