This was our first time using Schneider Mechanical. We had ann A/C tuneup and we also just completed a maintenance service. Our service rep was great. Joe has been doing this for 4 years and actually seems to like what he does. Very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things. Knowledgeable, patient, honest. He also spoke highly of the company he worked for, so Schneider Mechanical must be treating their people well. We will use them again. If you call, definitely ask for Joe!
I must say that it's been a VERY long time since I have felt compelled to leave a review for someone who came to my office to see a problem, and told me how to fix it myself. Everyone else is trying to sell me $200K to $500K worth of repair to my HVAC systems, and here's a guy who's telling me to try two things first. Brandon Schneider is a cut above the rest. First class guy. If I decide to spend $100K or more, this is the man who I am going to call to do the job. Thank you Brandon. You are a gem!
Keith was very thorough and checked all the heating components as well as washing down the outside unit. He is very well trained and knowledgeable.
