I called and asked if there were any cancellations in order to change my appointment if possible and was given another time, which I appreciated. On that day, I needed to get to a meeting soon after the appointment, so the team worked hard to make sure things ran smoothly and quickly, but it did not feel rushed whatsoever. Thank you!
