Trying to get a pick up done when EDI isn't working is joke
I had a pickup from this place and they cannot be less careless. Even the supervisor did not even understood that he is mistaking me with a big pick up. I finally tried 3 times to tell them that I only have a small pickup that I received that with 1 hour delay. Schneider please think something about this mess that you have there
Ridiculously slow. Edit: you were much faster at replying than in giving me my order. Was supposed to be ready at 3, I got there at 3:45, didn't get my order until 4:35. I was constantly told, "it's coming" and when I said I'd been waiting almost an hour I was laughed at. Very disappointed.
Great business to deal with. Quick service and friendly staff.
